This carseat head support has been wonderful for the drive home from school, and some longer road trips! Plus, being a two pack, I have one for each of the littles. As you can see in my picture, it does not fit around the ENTIRE carseat, but fits very snug around the inner head support piece. It is not so tight on his head that it hurts and he wakes up, yet it is snug enough to keep his head up even with turns and hills. When we are not using it, I just sit it on top of the carseat so it's out of the way but handy to slide down when needed.

Useful for long car rides. If you know your doing a bit of driving and your kid will fall asleep just strap this on and they won’t be sleeping with their head to their chest
