Ordered a Powder Puff bonsai for a friend who lost her mother recently and this is what came. Tried to reach customer service via email and phone, but no luck. Paperwork that came with plant is for a Powder Puff. Would be nice to know what kind of bonsai this is and how to care for it. Disappointed with Brussels Bonsai customer service. :(

1. I just wanted to say that this tree will look nothing like the picture when you first receive it, it will be heavily pruned. But it's okay because these species of trees grow very fast.2. It may look like it's dead and droopy when you first get it but that's because the plant has been in a box for however many days. When not being exposed to light, this tree "sleeps" and closes it's leaves. It's completely natural and your tree isn't sick.
