It works, but is fussy and not intuitive. For the price, its a good deal, but is not easy to adjust. Also is not very sturdy the higher it is. Not a very good product, but good ladders are not cheap.

It’s an okay ladder for basic home stuff. It’s sturdy enough for a homeowner doing some basic maintenance. For any professional, it gets bent after a while, it’s flimsy and the clips don’t hold for very long.

Not safe, the steps does not completely lock in on either side when thinking it secured you tilt over you will fall. or when moving it thanking it locked in place, it will injure your hand. Understand this letter before using it doing a project to be safe.

It works as advertised. Only need to do one thing to "assemble" it. Takes up little space compared to traditional ladders. It could be more stable but you will be fine. As with everything, just be careful. Make sure you don't crush your fingers collapsing them after you finish using. JUST BE CAREFUL.

The ladder overall is pretty sturdy and lightweight. It is super convenient that it folds in half, but the hinge is super shaky and doesn't feel like it is going to hold up long term. While cheaper in price than other foldable, adjustable ladders, it comes at the expense of quality. I've used this ladder to get up on the roof of my RV (8' tall) and getting down was really scary with how much flex there is in the hinge. I wouldn't recommend using it fully open, just as a step ladder that collapses.

This ladder is designed to fail. The have, for some reason, made it impossible to install the stability bar at the bottom of the ladder. They have purposely installed a grommet post into the open slot of the foot where the cross bar should go. The photos show what I mean. This prevent installation of the stability bar, which makes the ladder extremely unsafe and effectively non-functional. This product should be removed from the shelves until this safety issue is resolved.
