I just use this as an always-on PC that regularly runs some scripts and manages my home storage. Was just looking for something cheap that wouldn't be slow/janky. Works as advertised. Quite happy.

Not powerful enough for gaming, but for every day use, including Microsoft tools, it’s been working great! Mine is mounted underneath my desk, so takes up no footprint, boots up quickly, and has worked flawlessly with daily use!

My 6-year old computer started acting up so I decided to replace it. My first purchase was from a company called Geekom. I could never get that one to work. Tech support was non-existant and limited to emails from Hong Kong. After a couple weeks, I gave up and ordered the BeeLink. The BeeLink specs were better in some areas, (newer and faster CPU), but this model is a bit behind the times when it came to some of the other features. In particular, the BeeLink only offeres only one USB C port and the locations of the this port and four USB A ports did not match my prefrences. That said, this tiny, computer came up quickly and has performed flawlessly since I put it on line a few weeks ago. I use this device as my primary business computer. It has plenty of power to run just about everything that I have thrown at it, including Photoshop and other high end graphics programs, along with Quickbooks and even some CAD software. For the price, this computer is an unexpected treasure. I just wish the ergonomics were a little better. I highly recommend this computer to just about any kind of user except for those who require the highest tier of power and connections. The power is more than enough for most users. Adding a USB hub that provides all the missing ports. A second USB C port would make this add-on more effective, however.

I replaced a docked surface pro 4 with this and I've been very pleased. It's powerful enough that I have been playing Baldur's Gate 3 on it with only the occasional lag which for a turn-based game, does not affect gameplay.

i got this on sale in mid february. i took windows off and i am using linux mint 21 on the machines. i am very happy not to have issues with that; some brands i guess are paid by microsoft to make it hard to install linix. thr machine works great. i have used the wifi and works well for downloading games. the processor is snappy and responsive. i also have not had issue with overheating;i use my pc two to three hours a day continuously so i havent tested it for longer times. have had no issues using libreoffice or with any games including windows games on this pc. i am not a heavy gamer i play medium to low end games but i have feeling i could play pretty heavy demanding games on the machine on medium settings at least. i also like it is very quiet, do not notice the fan even when the room has no other sounds(like prople talking, the tv, music, ect).one thing i was disappointed in was the picture had a blue desktop and i got a black. i dislike plain black and white so not getting a color was disppointing. the only other thing i did not like about the pc was the placement of the ports. but those two things are minor considwring how well built and how well the desktop works. so i would definitely recomment this pc if your looking for an every day desktop, and entry level gaming desktop or a desktop for general office work

After owning this for more than a year, I can now say I wouldn't buy anything from these people again. The device has become unusable, crashing regularly to the point where I just wiped it. Unfortunately the drivers they have posted and not kept up to date are in no format that I have ever seen that one can install. I'm pretty sure I am dealing with one or more hardware issues. I'll stick with Intel/Asus/Apple on future mini-PC purchases.I really can't say anything terribly bad about this product. The price is 100s of dollars less than the Intel equivalent NUC. It is more than fast enough for normal business applications. I haven't even opened it and don't plan to unless I need to upgrade the SSD in the future, but I am more impressed with this build than Intel's. I don't know what kind of support you will get with it, but I didn't need to find any drivers, although a number were updated soon after turning on. Mine has been on solid for about two weeks now, with zero problems. Hope it stays that way.Edit 9-27-22 I almost have to subtract a star for this issue. The USB ports are upside down. This might not be an issue for the majority of people but if you use something like a Yubikey, it could be inconvenient. This needs to be addressed with future builds, but I still love the PC. The other problem I have been having is going to affect a lot of people with different brand hardware. WIN11 22H2 is not yet available for the machine because of an Intel audio driver that has been found incompatible. I'm sure that will be resolved soon. The weak spots for me are minor.1) The VESA mount is a bit odd and will require me to adapt it to the mount I use in my travel trailer, which previously shared a NUC between it and my den.2) They give you a ribbon cable that you have to install yourself, should you add a SATA drive to the machine.3) No US presence for tech support that I have been able to find. I haven't needed tech support. Should it break, who knows what the support experience will be, but at the cost savings over the Intel, it is worth the risk to me.4) Not a gaming machine, but I don't game.5) 19V power adapter looks a bit pathetic. I'd rather pay 20 bucks more and get a decent one.The strong spots are overwhelmingly positive.1) Runs very quiet compared to the 7th GEN Intel NUC it replaced. I have yet to hear it.2) The cooling design with my limited investigation seems better designed than Intel's. The cabinet is vented, which the intel is not. From what I have seen on the Internet, the cabinet is much easier to work inside of than an Intel NUC. The NUC is very difficult to work on should you have to remove the motherboard.3) Incredibly fast for what it is.4) Fantastic standard business PC.
