I bought this for use as a CNC router control. A control such as this does not need much computer power, but I thought overkill is better than minimum requirements. Once powered up, I went through the setup process and did all updates. After playing around with it for a while, I was was really impressed by its speed and stabilty. It seems a shame to dedicate this to my CNC router, but it should be extremely reliable with plenty of power for all its needs.

I just got my first work-from-home job and was kind of unprepared in the desktop department. I quickly found out how unrealistic it was for me to work 100% off my MacBook. I had a monitor in my garage I pulled out and wanted to find something that was super small and wouldn't take up much space not knowing if it even existed. I found this and took a leap of faith placing my order.The package came really quickly, the setup was incredibly easy and I'm hopeless when it comes to technology. I pretty much keep it turned on 24/7, it's been a few months now and I've survived 3 power outages with it and I have yet to run into any issues.I'm not sure if it's my internet but it does take quite a while for everything to download and set up so I would suggest planning around giving it an entire day to do its thing. I only have Zoom, chrome, and my work software downloaded onto it as there isn't much space. I'm sure I could add more but I use it for what it's needed for and use my laptop for everything else. Space wasn't an issue for me when purchasing, my MacBook has plenty, but it was just a matter of functionality.

First, although my son is head of IT Assets and Deployment at a major university, I know very little about computers. I needed something to replace my 94 year old Mom’s desktop with failing hard drive. This fit the bill perfectly. She primarily uses the computer to check emails, order online prescriptions, play solitaire, and keep up with family on Facebook. Because everything was previously saving to a cloud drive, setting this up was super easy. I had her up and running in less than 15 minutes. No glitches, runs quiet enough for me, seems energy efficient, and I like that it mounted so easily to the back of her monitor. Highly recommend this for the great value it is.

It's a great little PC. It is not powerful. I don't think you can play any decent games on it. But for web browsing and some other basic tasks, this is more than capable. I can play 4K video on this one through my Jellyfin server. 16G RAM and 521G SSD is more than enough for my daily use. It even comes with Windows 11 Pro. Save me the trouble of installing Linux. If you need a PC for basic use, this one is great. You can't get any better for $150. You can mount it on the back of your monitor to save desk space if you are not mounting your monitor on an arm.
