It's really good. I use it for Teams & Zoom meetings that i really used to suffer with built in speakers of my laptop. This device has a good sound quality and a satisfying microphone that grants a good understanding of my voice for other participants.

Auspacken, aufladen, einschalten, fertig. Hat sich ohne das ich was tun musste mit dem PC verbunden und übernimmt dann sofort die Audioausgabe. Ich habe nichts einstellen müssen. Der Ton ist voll und abgerundet. Alles perfekt wie es sein soll.

It works as a mic for 8 people in a living room, and boosts the sound of my phone enough for everyone to hear clearly. It was easy to set up and worked first time.Using just a phone and its internal mic for a zoom call means the mic is on one side of the room, and did not pick up everyone.Using this meant it was placed in the centre of the room, and everyone was the same distance from it. It made everyone more clearly heard.

I bought this to use for FaceTime calls with my mom and sisters because mom is hard of hearing. It works great for that purpose. The volume is much louder than I can get directly from my phone and I can hold it up close to mom so she hears better. I don’t know if it’s the device or my phone signal but sometimes I hear other conversations bleed through so the conversations aren’t as clear as I would like them to be. No issues with Bluetooth.

Nonostante sia un prodotto compattissimo, la qualità audio delle chiamate è davvero ottima.Vengono filtrati bene alcuni rumori e si sente una voce cristallina.Ottimo prodotto, consigliato!

I have 15-20 Teams meetings each week. Computer's in a dock, so I can't use the built-in microphone. I used to use noise canceling headphones, but it got really uncomfortable after multiple hours on calls. This thing keeps me plugged into my normal environment around me and makes the meetings so much... better? Not sure if meetings can ever be "good" but this really, really helps in that endeavor. The only issue I have been able to find is that whenever the Bluetooth connects to my computer, the volume automatically goes to 100. I only use it on about 10. So if I don't change it as soon as it connects, the first voice I hear in the meeting scares the heck out of me.

I think I’m going to return. It seemed so great at first. The battery life is good. The sound quality is good. The Bluetooth connection is definitely problematic. At times. It works well with both teams, meetings and zoom. The next moment it completely freezes up, and will not Work, even without powering down and jumping directly between calls/meetings. I do think I will switch from headsets to a speaker phone. Not sure this is my solution unfortunately. Also, super annoying it set the volume to 100% when it does connect each time.I’m not sure about noise cancellation. It seems to pick up all the background noise despite enhanced functionality built into the meeting platforms.

The Airhug stopped working. It connected through Bluetooth fine, but after a year of occasional use, the microphone and speaker stopped working. No one could hear me, and I could no longer hear anybody in meetings. I worked with my IT department to get it to work and it never did again. I did everything I could to get it to work to no avail. When it worked, it was OK. It did its job, but now it’s a $69.00 paperweight.

It is rare that I am surprised at how good a product of such a reasonable price is. The look, sound, raised buttons and case with cord are all simply better than Microsoft's $200 model read the directions carefully the first time or two. You have to quickly re connect your phone is you go to far from it meaning off your property. But it is a I button push and done. Simple to use and I have a laptop that this is how I listen to music as well as charg my phone if needed. Nothing bad to say about 3thd other party you speak to rarely knows you are on a speaker it is so clear. Great buy at twice the price

Bought this back in May 2023 and now it intermittently connects in Oct 2023. Originally it was easy to set up, could clearly hear other speakers and I wasn't told other users had issues hearing me clearly. I can't risk having this mic/speaker fail during meetings, so after reading many reviews, ordered a Jabra mic/speaker.Disappointed that Amazon's algorithms don't necessarily promote items with a high number of positive reviews. Thankfully after filtering on negative reviews here, I read more about other brands which led me to purchase the Jabra Speak 510. They seem to have a more solid reputation for reliability and I'm hoping the Jabra unit will last longer than 5 months.

I bought the first Air Hug speaker phone because my dad is hard-of-hearing and had a hard time hearing his cell speaker phone. This Air Hug speaker phone changed that. My dad can now converse with people over the phone with out having me repeat every word. So naturally I bought a second one for my self after finding out that it clearly amplifies voices and the mics clearly transmit our words to other callers. When on a call with someone the Air Hug seams louder that when I play music. Music is clear and fairly good but you can tell this speaker is made for talking over the phone. I haven't gauged the battery life but that shouldn't be done for the first few cycles or until the battery is at it peak efficiency. That being said the battery seems to last on stand by for a couple of days.

I wish I bought this speaker when I first started working from home! The speaker has a low profile and is small enough to sit on my desk without getting in the way. I first tried it as a speaker for music and it has good sound for its size. A little more bass would be nice, but that all depends on the song or type of music you're listening to.Then I tried it as a computer speaker. You have to be careful and make sure to choose the right option when connecting by bluetooth. Once you're connected, it shows two options to connect: Speaker and Headset. At first, I connected as Speaker because, well, that's what it is...a speaker. But when using it on an MS Teams meeting, I couldn't hear the meeting nor could they hear me when I spoke. That's when I noticed that there's another option to connect, Headset Speaker/Microphone. Once connected this way, it worked great both as a speaker and a microphone. I was able to hear others speaking and they could hear me load and clear.Battery life is pretty good depending on how much you use it. As a computer speaker and having several MS Teams meetings throughout the week, I usually charge it once or twice a week. If you quickly press the power button once, the indicator lights show 1-5 depending on how much charge there is. That's a nice touch as you can quickly tell whether you should charge and not have it die on you on a meeting. All in all, I'm very happy with these speakers.
