Very heavy duty and looks great around my blueberry bushes. I have no doubt that is will prevent weeds from growing through. Highly recommend.

I like the product for the price. This weighs around 5 pounds less than other 5 ounce barriers I purchased and doesn’t have the felt like material bonded to the bottom like the other others. I assume that accounts for the 5 pound difference. For the price I think that’s a good trade-off as I’m not sure of the benefits of the felt anyways.

If your on the fence about purchasing this for a garden this is an excellent buy. Normally at hardware big box stores has better prices than amazon on pretty much everything but this was the exception.The material is thicker, longer and cheaper than anything you would buy at big box stores.Again this is for gardens, landscaping. Do not use this for hard scraping like for pavers or foundation type hardscaping. Use unwoven geotextile instead for those.

I order each year. I wish I had known about this weed barrier years ago. this has saved time and money. ON rainy days, i can walk through my garden without getting muddy feet. I get the 6.5 foot for the over lap. Just perfect. I buy in the winter months when the price is cheaper.
