It’s a “light” 5 oz fabric lol. Maybe when it’s wet, haha, but it’ll do the job for sure. Good product, great price.

This is basically a plastic weave sheet. I used it under a brick walkway I constructed. I used it doubled over for additional thickness. It wasn't difficult to cut with decent shears, but the cut edges tend to start unravelling immediately, leaving long plastic strings. In hindsight, I should have taped where I wanted to cut.I haven't worked with a lot of "road fabric," so I can't speak to it compared to other products, but I'm happy overall. There is a strip showing where I haven't finished laying bricks, and I can say that the exposed cloth has weathered well, with no hardening or degrading.

Super heavy duty, thick and durable weave. I was ecstatic with the quality on this weed barrier given the amount of area I needed to cover. We are xeriscaping our front yard and this was SUCH a massive time saver and saved some back breaking work as well. You can see in the image that one swath of this fabric (on the right) is larger than 3 rows of our smaller one (on the left). This reduced the number of landscape staples I needed to use, which in turn saved money as well as time in not having to hammer 3x as many into the hard as rocks garbage dirt we have in the front yard. I would give more stars if I could

It's a pain to cut if using a utility knife. Some good sharp shears might work better. Get the thicker stuff, it's worth it.

I have bought probably a dozen rolls from a few different brands. Immediately upon receiving this something seemed off. I had just used another brand's 13'x60' 5oz landscape fabric (same as this but 5' shorter) and it was a thicker roll than this (and heavier). Id say this probably atleast 15-20% less than what 5oz fabric should be, either way save your money and buy from a vendor who will deliver you what you order.

This fabric is NOT 5oz, it is very similar to 3 oz. Edges tear very easy and ccreases from where it was folded have cracked and torn. This is going straight back. Tried to save a few $$ and ended up losing valuable planting time waiting for different roll to arrive. Shipping took 9 days as well. NOT happy. I now see I am not the only one that was duped into this cheap fabric after reading others reviews. AVOID!!!

This is a nice big roll of landscape fabric. It works well to block out weeds and covers a lot in one go. It's a lot thicker than the stuff you buy at hardware stores, more heavy duty. It is still woven though, so it can start to unravel if you cut it.
