The elastic is weak, my rifle in single point configuration just holds them at max length, these work they're narrow and can be uncomfortable but a pad can remedy that. I ended up buying some others from a different seller and they work much better but these are fine for airsoft and the like.

Now I have slings (and a couple extras) for most rifles that I need one on. I think I used one as a replacement for a gear bag shoulder strap that had crappy plastic snaps, instead of these quality metal ones.
