I’m stunned that the angle component broke after using it two times. Everything else works fine, but now what can I do to get that part replaced? I’m shocked. I’m elderly and could not apply any force to break it.

We purchased this to help us remove the cobwebs from our pool lanai here in Florida. It extended nice and tall for us and had several choices for attachments to clean different things in your home.

The day I looked up and saw cobwebs with suspended moths in the peak of my 17’ ceiling, I was horrified. I then went to Amazon, only to find that these long dusters to be much pricier than anticipated. That said, I knew that I didn’t want the cheaper kind where you have to screw all the pieces together to use it. Who wants to figure out storage for a bunch of 12” sections. Negative. With a sigh I decided to pay the higher price …. And I wanted the attachments to be blue to match the other dusters, cause I’m OCD like that. Today I final cracked the shipping box and as soon as the pole slipped out I was immediately impressed by the weight of it. Not cheap or flimsy at all. I also had a concern that 12 ft would not be enough to reach up 17 ft but it worked perfectly. (I’m 5’7”) The other thing that impressed me is how well the pole telescopes out. Completely quiet and smooth. Flip locks were very easy to open and close. I also like the foam gripping points. So while I was initially thinking “gosh” about the price, now that I have used it, I’m happy to have a quality tool that will last for years. Would definitely buy again, and recommend 100%.

Nice kit with many of the most used attachments. The pole is sturdy and long enough to reach the vaulted ceilings and we can finally really clean the super tall two story window in the living room completely. If you have tall windows or vaulted and/or tray ceilings this is a handy tool.

This has an extension pole for ease of use. Tall enough to reach my windows in my vaulted living room. I would recommend.

This is a very well, sturdy, constructed telescopic pole with dusting tools that easily reach our 24ft ceiling. It’s very easy to put attachments on the pole to dust those hard to reach places. This is an amazing tool for dusting every nook and crannie in you home. This is a steal for the money. Exceeds expectations. Love it!

I wish they made more attachments for the pole, like a light bulb grabber or outside gutter guard cleaners. I use the long pole to clean cobwebs and dust off a double level high entryway window, corners, and chandelier (so I don't have to haul in an outdoor extension ladder). But the pole is strong and high quality. It's not "professional grade" but it is strong and worth the money.
