Very useful cobweb duster. Especially if you've got high ceilings!

Oh boy, another cool housecleaning tool! As soon as I unpacked this, I put it together and ran around my house, looking for cobwebs I hadn't been able to reach before. It's wonderful! And when I was done sweeping the cobwebs away, I just washed them off the brush and laid it out to dry.I can't wait to bring this to my daughter's house. She has vaulted ceilings that she cannot reach!

We had a bunch of cobwebs and bugs on some skylights and outdoor cielings around our building. Didn't want to deal with a ladder so I got this to try. It's really easy to put together and it comes with two brush tops. You just screw the individual bar pieces and then screw on the brush. It is hollow aluminum which makes it really light. I was able to spin the cobwebs out with the brush and get cobwebs and bugs off the skylight. It was also great with dusting the cieling and corners. Saved me the time of having to use a ladder. As noted with other reviewers, this isn't good for detail cleaning like fan blades because of the shape of the brush, but for cobwebs it works great. It's at a very good price. The only thing is you have to be careful with not hitting the pole too hard because it's not super thick, but for the price it's great and something easily overlooked.

I recently ordered the Cobwed Duster with an extension pole to replace my old cobweb duster. The pack comes with 2 easy-to-use duster heads that fit well into corners to clean out the annoying cobwebs. The pole is simple to use, screw together each segment and connect the duster at the end. The pole is sturdy and enables you to reach most corners in rooms with high ceilings. If I would change one thing, I would like the pole to be adjustable instead of having to screw each part together and unscrew them to put them away. I like retractable poles because they are quick and easy to use and that would have been an easier-to-use method.

I really like the quality of this! My husband even commented on how much better it is than our old one. I really like that I can take the pole apart so I can store it in a smaller space and I especially like that it came with an extra head replacement! It works perfectly and I would order this again in the future!

This 6-foot Cobweb duster is relatively easy to put together and comes with 2 matching duster heads which get the job done well. I had expected a series of nested poles that can be extended to any size needed, but realized on receiving that instead, you get four pole sections that screw together. You can leave out sections to make the pole shorter, but it requires taking apart each section and re-building the pole each time you want to change the length, which I find to be more time consuming than simply sliding the poles in or out. Then, there is the question of where to put pole sections you are not using, of course. If you are looking for a pole of this type and the removeable sections are what you want, this is a fairly sturdy pole. It is lightweight, making it easier to stretch the higher spots ion your ceiling. This is great because you don't have a bunch of extra weight when you can't be directly under what you are reaching for. However, it does concern me about how sturdy the pole sections are over time or in the case of any accidental dropping or bending of the poles. The brush heads (Two are included) do a fine job of getting cobwebs out of your corners, though. They are not great for things like fans or hanging light fixtures because the bristles are more stiff than I was expecting, but this is strictly a cobweb duster and if you are trying to clean the tops of fan blades or around metal light fixtures, you are going to want something both softer and more "fabric duster" based than this.Overall, this works very well and stores easily with your other cleaning supplies. One advantage to the removeable pole sections is that this can be broken down to a very small package, making it easier to store under a sink or in a cleaning box vs. only being able to put it out with all the other long broom handles, mop handles, etc. in your cleaning closet.

With 12' ceilings, I've found it challenging to get up high enough to clean spiderwebs and other dust items that gather beyond reach. While ladders help they aren't sturdy enough. This duster and 6' pole seemed like a solution worth trying.PROS:- less than a minute to set up (once you learn the trick; see CONS below)- lightweight- end has a plastic easy-to-grip handle that also avoids sharp metal catching on anything- separate poles rather than telescoping makes it easier to handle and to store between uses- semi-stiff brushes should last a long time; also can wash with a hoseCONS:- screwing pole sections together was more of a challenge than I anticipated without instructions - until I noticed that one of the four poles had a solid screw top, meant only for the top/final addition to the assembled pole- two brushes are nice, but one could have been a duster more suited to reaching the tops of ceiling fans; these rounded shapes won't reach over the blades
