These are lightweight, light duty ball heads for cameras with a standard 1/4-inch screw mount underneath. The locking dial on the side is easy to tighten and loosen, as needed. They seem strong and durable, should last a long while. I use these for my lightweight compact mirrorless camera and smartphone. I wouldn't trust these with my much heavier professional DSLR and lenses.

It's almost like "two for one" with this package deal. You get two swivel ball heads made mostly of metal, which is great. The only parts that are plastic are the knob to tighten the ball and the top attachment mount (these would get five stars if they were completely made of metal). These have good weight and have great motion and full 90-degree movement. Pair this with any tripod or selfie stick and you get much more out of your photo or video activities. Purchasing this set is a "no brainer."
