It worked fine for about 4 months. Now it makes ice when it wants to. I have to unplug it for about 30 seconds then it stars back up and make very little ice. Maybe i should have purchased a small one. This cost too much to only work for a short period of time...NOT HAPPYWhy did you pick this product vs others?:It appeared to be better built for my needs and i was willing to pay for quality.

We have a camper that we leave parked all summer with electric and we keep this on the floor in our kitchen area. We always have a ton of ice and filtered water. When we were camping just on the weekends, we would not buy a 5 gallon, we would buy a 3 gallon and pop it off and take the empty home and just drain the machine until the next time. Highly recommend. Have had it for 3 years and still going strong.

I really like this company and machine. When I first bought the ice machine it malfunctioned, or I moved the trey the wrong way, and the company replaced it immediately with little to no questions. The ice machine was a beast in making ice all day evey day for the last two years. I live in a town that gets pretty hot during summer like most of the summer is over 100° every day! I cleaned it every other month, a must or it gets musky and a little color change will start to happen around the sides (i used distilled and sometimes spring water) and it's more sanitary that way. Plus a few of the screws seem to be getting rust or some type of corrosion on them. It takes a few hours to clean! To get behind the trey carefully and in every nook and crany. I use a special sponge and the big straw cleaner. I feel it's a little unsafe to use the water spout only because it's not cleanable and seems to always leave the water with little specks of something. I bought a small water bottle to place on top, as shown in picture, but when filled half way or more the machine leaked from somewhere inside. It makes ice fast and the size feature does work well. It fills up with ice quickly and the machine will stop making ice if it gets too full. The machine is a little loud but I think manageable. It did just die out on me this last week. It no longer makes ice or gets cold. Again, I had the machine for a little over 2 years (March 2022) and used it almost every single day nonstop running. I could fill up a small ice chest in 2 hours. So like 6am, if there was no ice in it, to 8am I would be able to fill an iglu ice chest that holds 6 pack of beer, to the neer top without the beer in it. Also, the customer service is great!!

UPDATE: I requested to return the non-functional icemaker, but SOUKOO wants me to pay the shipping!This seemed like a decent icemaker. A little noisy, and the design of the ice drawer isn't great, but it made lots of ice and everyone liked the water dispenser. I got some three-gallon jugs and purchased filtered water from the grocery store dispenser, which was tasty and fairly convenient.But in less than two weeks, it stopped working. It still makes a few ice cubes, maybe one batch every two hours, but they just melt. The water flow into the reservoir is fine, and the water can be drawn up into the icemaker without trouble... but it just makes one batch and then stops for long periods of time.I'm returning it for a refund and I'll get a different brand.

It came with a HUGE dent by one of the cooling fans with screws falling everywhere. I wish them shipping people would not throw items off the roof of a six story building. My gosh!!!!! I received a replacement and the machine is working great! Its super quiet. The bad thing is the ice sticks together. Great customer service from the company. The water tank overflows and leaks all over the floor. Theres an egg shaped floaty thing inside that i think allows and prevents water from going in the tank. I put the ice scooper under the floaty thing and it stops filling and overflowing. When i want water in it i remove the ice scooper thing. 280 bux and i have to jimmy it. Thanks.

It sits perfectly on our counter-high mini fridge. Filtered water dispenser with a consistent supply of fresh ice. No more lugging in cases of water or a full recycling bin of empty one use bottles. Each grandkid has is own color water bottle!It's pretty quiet, the sound of the ice tray dumping takes a little getting used to.I have had countertop icemakers before, and keeping it full of water was a chore. It's pretty low maintenance.JAN. 20, 2023 UPDATE- Still the best ice maker-water dispenser we have had. Works like a champ. A little water leaks when replacing jugs, but definitely worth it.

We have a office with about 15 people and all the ice makers we had couldn't keep up. This does a great job and we never run out. We use a 5 Gal water jug from a delivery service. The water dispenser is great. It fits on top of our small refrigerator. The only complaint is the handle of the ice basket came caught in the unit and we had to break the handle to get the basket out. It still works great without it.The top of the water button has worn way after daily use after 5 months. Still works but the button "label" is gone but the button still works.After about 6 months of HEAVY use, the water stopped filling in the basin. We couldn't figure out what was the problem. I contacted the seller and had a very quick response and they sent out another unit quickly. It arrived broken, looked like from shipping. I once again reached out and the seller responded quickly and shipped another one. It also arrived severely damaged. The seller refunded my money with no issues.I am disappointed because this has been an amazing machine for 6 month. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Maybe if they come out with a newer model.Final word: GREAT machine while it worked and GREAT customer service.
