Admittedly, I chose this item initially because of low price (with equally low expectations). But, to my surprise this electric hot pot fulfills all my needs...and then some! I especially like the non-stick interior which makes clean up a snap. The removable heavy duty cord makes it a breeze to move it from counter-top to table for serving. Cool to the touch exterior surface and vertical "coffee mug" type side handle are helpful features. Storage is easier than some others with a horizontal "fry pan" type handle that sticks out and takes up more space. Smaller 1.5 liter capacity is best suited for 1-2 people. The 300/600watt energy draw takes slightly longer to boil water for pasta than a larger pot. But, works fine for soups and stews. In my case, (RV use) the lower power draw works quite well off-grid with 12vdc to 110AC inverter. All in all, a very satisfactory purchase delivered promptly, as always, by Amazon Prime 👍.
