This player was very easy to load music on and the instructions were easy to understand. I like have an internet site available to refer too also. So faf so good !

I got this to give my daughter who is seven years old the experience of having an iPod. Without spending $500. Device works great, player is smooth non-pixelated and it takes MP3 files flawlessly. If you’re looking for a player or media player on the budget? This is the one.

This is the worst MP3 Player I have ever owned. The best I can say for it is that it does play music. That being said, I have never had such a difficult time adding music to a MP3 device. Usually I just use Windows Media Player to sync my music to the MP3, and the music shows up.The first time I synced my music, maybe half of it showed up on the player. Today I decided to delete everything I had synced and start from scratch. Deleting stuff from this device is a lot harder than it should be. Even once I had deleted everything, and I confirmed everything was deleted a few different ways, the device still showed I only had about 10GB of space left because it still thought music was on the device. I am slowly adding music back, but I am having to stop every so often to check the music is syncing. It is a good thing I am doing this, because I am still finding that not everything is transferring. This is music that was on my las MP3 player, so I know the songs are compatible.Update: They sent me a replacement, but it has all the same issues.

Not all of the music from my library would transfer over. The songs would not stay in the order I preferred, and I couldn’t create playlists to save my life. The instructions tell you nothing. I spent two hours trying to figure out this little gadget, and I gave up. I’m retuning it in the morning.

Inconsistent bluetooth loses the paired device when powered down. Does all kinds of strange things to your folder structure on the sd card that you can edit away that you have to navigate through. Very short battery life ~ 2 hours.
