I'm kind of on the fence with this cutter. The instructions are hard to understand, but once you figure it out, yes, you can make decorative cuts in your paper. There are 12 different cut patterns available, and the side pieces open up to help you line up your cuts on paper as big as 12x12 inches.This tool could replace multiple patterned scissors or edge punches, and it does have a straight cut, so if you don't already have a trimmer that works for you, this would do in a pinch for straight cuts as well. I already use an electronic cutter, so I can always get any edge shape I like, and I'm wondering if this tool really provides anything new for me. It would be more portable, so if you like the cut patterns included with it and you need to carry your crafting somewhere with you, this might be a good choice.I'd say that while I'm not finding it to add much to my crafting capabilities, it would be a good choice for portability if you need that. If you like the 12 cut patterns included, you can leave a bunch of punches or specialty scissors at home and just bring this.

I had high hopes for this item but find it does not cut all the way through card stock. So you can get a tattered edge but not a cut, fine edge. So disappointed.

So I decided to get into scrapbooking, and I thought this little cutter would be a great tool to have. Kinda long but doesn’t take up much space lightweight easy to hold an operate. 12 different edge cutters for all your needs! The 360° rotating part really comes in handy for getting in tight corners. Safe for kids to even use highly recommend!

This is a great cutter with a unique feature of multiple cutting blades. The blades aren't overly different to make this the best I've seen, but you do get a wide verity and some "backups" in case one breaks. For example, there are a few S type cuts (they wobble back and forth) that are barely noticeably different. The bar in the middle (that holds your paper down) is not removeable, so I found it a bit annoying trying to slide my paper under it and slide it out again if I was doing multiple sheets at once. The side pull out bits look like they could be "rip" rulers, but they where a bit awkward to use that way so may just be drawing ones. I found the perforation tool to be my favorite and was actually surprised when I saw it. I did have an issue turning the "wheel" at first, but once you figure it out it was very easy to move.

I like this edge cutter. It comes with so many different trim options. From straight, to wavy, to dotted. It also has measurements at the top to use and sides that fold out to use as an edge to draw with.

I love this tool so much!! As someone who creates junk journals and such, this tool has made making unique edges and cuts so easy and fun. I love how there's so many options. The blades are nice and sharp.
