Got run off road, and decided to do my own repairs. Only neded left side box, but sells in pairs. Fit of front and back half of box was not too off, but did not seat the lip around top, so sealed that with a bit of RTV to avoid water intrusion. Biggest issue is that original hardware off bike does not work in several spots. Speaker screws holes are too large for original screws. Not hard to rectify. But original bolts that mount box to frame on side no not fit. Took whole assembly to ACE Hardware, and nothing fit. Not standard, nor metric - even trying all thread counts. Probably poorly tapped, so had to get closest fit, and just cross thread. Hopefully will never be removing again. Assitionally, few mounting holes lined up,, so lot of torguing box to get bolts started Essentially, you get what you pay for. Save money, and fight and cuss to get it in - or spend the higher price for OEM that is manufactured to spec.
