Really looking forward to this for my daughter! Packages was damaged, chair was damaged, the decoration that wraps around the poles were broken in several places! Help!

The first thing that went wrong was one of the holes to screw the pieces together was blocked with welding solder and I had to chisel it out and use a drill in order to fit the screw in. This caused that part of the assembly to be off a little, but seems to be ok for the most part. As I was at my final stages of assembly and got ready to attach the leg rest extension, I noticed it was the wrong size and would not attach (see photo). I'm not sure if the chair was the wrong size (it should be a double, which i think it is) or if the leg rest extension was the wrong size. Otherwise it is nice, though you can feel the bars of the egg cage when sitting. I ordered a foam cushion to put under.

This chair is really cute and comfy. Looks great on the patio BUT right out the box, the binding on the frame unraveled. Bummer!
