We did return this product. But only because we decided we wanted a larger size. Having used yogurt makers for 40 plus years I would say this maker is an excellent product for the money.

Seems to work well so far. Have used for making probiotic yogurt. Easy to use. Seems to be worth the money. It is my first yogurt maker so good for a newbie.

We have used this for both natto and yogurt. It has taken a little trial and error on how to get the best product, but that was our issue. This yogurt maker has worked great. We enjoy having our own fresh made yogurt and natto.

Okay I'm hoping this will last bc I used the maker 1st time yesterday and made a batch of half n half plain yogurt.Wow! No more store bought. Great little machine. Please last!

I received this yogurt maker in proper working order and poured over the instructions. While the instructions were good, they never really explain how much milk to use when making the yogurt. I followed every instruction to the letter and in two tries the yogurt just didn’t come out like I wanted it to or like it said it would. The biggest problem is that both times I had to run the 8 hour process twice as it never worked the first time. Each second time was closer but still the results were not the stiff type of Greek yogurt I was aiming for. I’m going to keep trying as I love yogurt and always wanted to make my own. If I figure out the way to make it, I’ll update this review but I remain confused and disappointed by the results so far.
