This was sent with no instructions, and was so poorly built that it immediately broke when I inserted the clips into the fuse location. Will never purchase goods from this vendor again!! BEWARE!!!

My mechanic wanted to change the fuel pump, etc, etc. This cable allowed me restart the Chrysler minivan easily. I had to cut the wire to attach an on/off switch that I installed outside the fuse box for easy access. This cable allows the user to get out of the common and sudden stop of sending gasoline to the engine. It will give you time to work on a more permanent solution because connecting directly the fuel pump to the power source will drain your battery once you switch the car to off. The pump will not stop working. There are other more advanced solutions that will shut down the fuel pump when the car is switched to off position. But this cable is indispensable for the sudden emergency that often happens to Dodge - Chrysler V6 engines sooner or later.

It will bypass but after a short period of time the car would not shut off. The bypasswith the circuit board works permanently

The patch cable was an inexpensive fix for my fuel problem of my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with instructions. It was easy to find them on YouTube.
