Just got this and am impressed already in the quality of the "fabric"? I guess it's sort of like a rope type of wrap. Anyway, Its not a study box, so when you take it out it is in a compressed bag and you do have to shape it. The instructions suggest shoving it with blankets and them steaming it to loosen and shape it. But I sort of punched it into shape and that seems to be just fine for now. It held shape when I placed it on the step and didn't topple or anything. Once I use it more, I'll try to update.
