They fit nicely and the legs don't roll. There is a seam at the bottom of the leg, so they will show under slacks, but they should work for under skirts and dresses. I'm 5'7", 150 pounds, and my measurements are 36-27-39. I ordered a medium.

I really like these anti-chafing shorts for wearing under skirts and dresses. I have worn them at home just as shorts without anything else on top and didn't find them to be sheer and couldn't see my underwear through them. They help provide some minimal support and smooth out panty lines, lumps and bumps a bit. They don't squeeze too much, so I don't have to worry about rolls above the high waist band. I also didn't have any issues with the waist band rolling down when I sat down or leaned over. They are nice and lightweight, breathable and don't create too much extra warmth. I normally wear a size small, but got these in medium per the size chart and found them to fit comfortably and were a good length on me. For reference, I'm 5'1" tall, 110lbs and have some extra tummy fat after giving birth a little over a year ago.
