I got this antenna for my police scanner which I use to listen to airport traffic and the local ham radio repeater. It works much better than the antenna that came with the radio.

Works decent wish it was a little longer, maybe it would get rid of some of the static. The magnet is small but very strong

Magnet is not enhanced, in fact it is not even close to being as strong as the $11 TRAM scanner antenna. This is not worth the money. Recommend do not buy this one.
