The form itself is nice but it's missing the cap on the top that was shown in product photos.

When you purchase a product, you expect to be able to assemble and use said product. Unfortunately this wasn't the case here. One of the 3 tripod legs does not fit. So now I'm faced with having to (per instruction sent with the product) email the distributor and wait "a few days for them to respond" Kind of stinks when you get something in 2 days but have to wait the same amount of time to even speak with someone from customer service. Now I'm faced with no mannequin or order again since I need it by Friday.

Very easy to put together! I think it took us like 5 minutes total. Excellent quality too. I was a bit worried because some reviews said it wasn't sturdy. It feel it's quite sturdy. There isn't anything I would even improve. Many thanks!

The wooden parts of my mannequin arrived with some chips in the black paint but they were small so I could position her so that they don't show up in pictures. Otherwise perfect condition and very easy to dress and undress for product photographing.

All the pieces were intact and it was incredibly easy to put together. I don't know why it would be moldy? It was fresh in the case, and it has the added bonus of being able to stand center or off to the side so that it can "model" pants. Very pleased with this, and the price is great.

It was a Santa Claus gift so when we went to put it together we were disappointed when we open the box and the metal bar was dented. My husband had to go in the garage and fix it alittle. I think the worker who packed the box should of looked the items over and put another one in there. It was to late for us to send it back or call on christmas eve when we had an excited 10 year old that wanted this for christmas.

I got the white dress form and it was okay. The only problem is the mannequin form tripod. The metal pole part doesn't actually fit into the tripod hole and is wobbly. You can fix this problem by either making a bigger hole or stick something around it and fitting it in.Another thing is that, I'm a lot shorter than the actual mannequin so I had to do a few more adjustments to the mannequin. I use this for fitting my clothes over, not actually sewing the clothes on there. So if you're planning on sewing and cutting on the form, do invest more for a more suitable dress form.

dont know if mine is missing a part or what but its super wobbly. The metal piece that comes out of the form just sits inside the metal piece that attaches the base. its cheap for what you might need but as a new dress maker i wish i would have bought something of better quality that was easier to work with.
