As for accuracy, I don't have another type to compare with, but it appears to be spot on. Using it to see what wattage I'm using up with LED strips to see if I can add more to any given power supply. It's come in handy for that.

Volt meter is very accurate, but amp meter lies about 9-11% on load

I wired Kenwood style "T" connectors to it so I could put it in series with my ham radios. Works fine for that. I doubt the 16(?) gauge wire would last long at 50-100A but I only need it to survive 20A intermittent. It has a rugged metal case, I expected plastic so another good thing :-)

Seems to work well however mine seems to show 0.17amps on the display with power supplied by the 3 pin side connector and similar current when plugged into various low voltage power sources although at slightly higher voltage that 10-12 volts the display will read 0.0 amps with no load and when it warms up a little. The side pins are center positive and the upper negative (away from input cables) and it works on about 6.8 volts.

Unfortunately the minimal input voltage to display in my unit is just 7 volts. There is auxiliary 3-pins socket on the side to power up display, I guess, but it has no pinout information.I figured out which 2 pins should be powered and the polarity, but voltage also must be 7 voltage or higher.Even at these 7 volts it is hard to see something. And this is unclear what the 3-d pin is for, for some synchro signal, I guess. The normal contrast view begins with 8-9 volts

The meter seems to work fine, but the wire leads are too short. They need to be at least 6". I installed Anderson power poles and there was just barely enough room for the connectors and a sleeve. Once connected to the main line, the watt meter wires tended to bunch-up and crimp, which might cause problems with connection integrity in the future.

Only hooked up a few days ago and looks good so far cycles slower than the other brand I had it can be read and seems to be better built. Time will tell how it holds up. Happy so far and thinking of replacing others.
