You cannot beat the fast filling ability of these water balloons. Just screw on to a garden hose (they even provide a fitting for hoses that have the quick disconnect) and the balloons start to fill once the water turns on. One thing to note is that the filling tubes can stick into the side of the balloons and either poke through the side, causing an instant annoying leak (it might be spraying into your face) or, they may just be preventing filling. I suggest that you start filling slowly and notice which ones are not filling and most the tube around until it starts to fill (as long as it didn't already poke a hole through). These balloons won't fill much more than a racket ball size. The balloons themselves are very thin - which is good for not creating too much of an impact, but poor for preventing leaks. As you can see from the pictures, I had quite a few leakers right after filling, and then quite a few more with a slow leak. One thing that can help though, is if when you pull the balloons from the filling tube, pull the top of the balloon neck ABOVE the rubber band, so that the rubber band doesn't move. I think some of my rubber bands didn't fully encapsulate the necks and that is where some of the leaking came from. You get a lot of balloons that you can fill quickly, but you do have to be careful how you handle the balloons once filled, because they are so thin.
