Arrived damaged. It came inside a box that was a complete mess. Then placed in another box that looked decent. There is no way this got damaged on the way to me, but rather shipped already damaged. Terrible!

Put together well however the platform had a big split down the middle with splinters poking out. This is the second one that had the same issue. This time I just sanded it down and glued it together instead of trying to get a replacement again.

It is a great idea but came cracked. From what I am reading most of them are arriving cracked. Very disappointing. Too large for me to return.

I ordered this, it is beautiful but cracked in half. Reordered new one was sent 5 days later and cracked all the way down the middle again. I did use my cash back pints and never get them returned when I return a product, so I kept the next busted one. They should consider a new way to package this item, it is too big without supports to ship the way they ship it.

Edited: Nice laundry top - unfortunately it came a little cracked, but Seller reached out and made it right so I’m updating my review. Seller ,indicated the damage was from Amazon’s shipping services. I appreciate the responsiveness and taking action to fix this by the Seller.

This washer/dryer countertop will definitely change the look of your small laundry room closet even before you organized it. Plus, I seem to have more to space to work on. The based of the countertop came as one piece. The quality of the countertop was better than expected. Definitely use drill to install the borders and have patience. There were no issues with delivery.
