This product is not right for me but may be for others. I needed an MP3 and MP4 player and this one just plays MP3. When I ordered the product I thought it played both. I really put it to the test for the first time yesterday while walking on a trail and it just didn't work well. It will time out after 60 minutes and shut down and that doesn't work for me. The Menu button is used to find your folders and other information but if you want to go backwards to get back to the main Menu, you have to hit the volume button, which just doesn't make logical sense to me. If you hit the Menu button to go back to main Menu, you get a message are you sure you want to delete this file. It's just too confusing for me to be fussing with it while I'm outside trying to enjoy the outdoors.

This was a Christmas gift for a musically inclined five year old. The MP3 player feels somewhat cheap and the screen is definitely lower quality. Downloading music to it wasn’t terrible, just plug it into a desktop and copy paste into the file. The sound quality is okay. The issue with this is that you have use the round key for multiple functions and it isn’t intuitive at all, especially for smaller kids. Will use until it breaks but wouldn’t buy again.

Lasted a few months before the headphone jack stopped working and the buttons became loose. It also didn't keep the radio station selection and would need to search for stations each time. Eventually stopped working. It was inexpensive but had a short life.

Bought this for my kid for X-mas and it says the mp3 is not coded or formatted for it to be used. Extremely disappointed with this product and would like my money back.

The MP3 device does not play mp3 files. I was notified by product support that I need to covert the mo3 files to WMA or FLAC format. I downloaded a free audio converter and converted to WAV. That worked. Happy for the product support.

Bought this as a gift for my brother. Spent a day using it and transferring data onto it. Was only able to fill it to half capacity of the 32gb micro SD card it comes with. The earbuds it comes with are a little uncomfortable to begin with but was able to wear them for 2-3 hours comfortably afterwards. I can't slay how comfortable these hard ear buds will be after several days of use. Volume is good and the sound feels deep and quality decent for getting them free with the player. Usually I throw out the pair that come free with most devices but these I wouldn't myself mind using either. The player is identified quickly on windows and the directory files are navigated easily if you use the folder option in the main menu to listen to something particular. I would recommend making directories for different genre of music, otherwise all content is combined in the general music player directory and you'll get audiobooks and music all together on a Shuffle. Buttons are snappy and responsive and it doesn't take long to learn how to navigate back and forth. You don't need to use the poor power button that slides on the top; the MP3 player turns on/off when pressing the play button down for several seconds. The power button is the only complaint I would have had, but with this option it's a non issue. It's almost half of what other similar MP3 players are priced at and does pretty much everything they do. I did not test the Bluetooth connectivity or range.

I used this mp3 player for traveling and very good. I used it for long trips. Battery life lasts very long and is very easy to use and navigate.
