Two blue wires are for your coils AC output. Does not matter for polarity which is which. Red wire is your output 12v direct current to charge your battery . Green wire outputs a 12v signal when there is no charge at the coils, this is for the battery light in your dash to signify a charging problem. The yellow wire is for switched power it is basically for activation but will draw a current and kill the battery if left on. Black to ground.
