Just got around to finally opening mine up and install it and there was no screws or washers in the package, but the spacer fits great and looks quality made

I like how easy it is to install. Did notice an improvement in throttle response. Worth the money!And yes it fits a 09 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L hemi

If you know about the Ram hemi intakes from 09 to 18 you know it will fit I installed this spacer on my 2015 ram and it fits just fine works properly with the supplied screws I gave milageage a 2 star due to the fact I haven't seen an increase but were i live it still gets freezing at night so in the morning I auto start the pickup so I cant say if it helps with mileage or not but seems like it was made well wish you could hear it more but hey it was 40$ compared to 100$ +
