I received it on December 2024, the sound is not good but I think it’s cable problem. Now I found out the right input totally wasn’t working.I don’t recommend it.

This is the second time I received an amp that did not function properly. When you get one that works, it is a great amp. But twice now I have had to buy a second one to expedite shipping and the. Return the damaged or non functioning one and wait for a refund. Make sure you check it immediately when it arrives ..Returned the item weeks ago and still no refund. Do not recommend buying this unit

This was purchased for a friend that wanted to mimic the home Karaoke system that i had. I have a completely different setup where my DVD player, and the Shure wireless mic receiver was hooked to a 20 year old Spacetech mixer, with analog RCA outputs to an Onkyo receiver. This Vocopro piece of equipment would be an "all-in-one" solution acting as the mixer, and amplifier. Upon opening the box, the item was triple boxed, and was packaged really well. However, a quick visual of the unit shows the quality control person wasn't doing their job, as you can see from the photo where the 3mm MP3 input port isn't even usable thru the front plate. I proceeded on to test the unit by connecting my DVD player, and Shure wireless microphone receiver output to the Vocopro, and the speakers to the Vocopro as well. Ensuring all of the volume and gain knobs were set to zero (avoid popping the speakers upon startup), i turned on the unit and immediately can hear a loud buzz/hum coming out of the speakers. "huh" i said to myself. i continued to test the unit by playing some DVD's and testing the mic. Overall the system works, if you can get over the buzz/hum. I guess as a low budget Karaoke system it's okay.

I just used 4 times then it couldn't make a sound...haven't seen a product like that...

I'm very surprise to have this item working very well. Even you're just the beginner for karaoke, Irecommend for every body who wants to practice and sing. This is a very good product.
