This was a Christmas present for our son and DIL. We finally found a plumber to hook the unit up, and, In preparing for his coming, we took the parts out of the box.Unfortunately, the spray nozzle/handle was lying loose in the box and was broken. The sprayer is cheaply made of plastic and the entire handle/sprayer was separated from the hose. Finding a replacement part will be difficult because the connecting threads are male and most sprayer connections are female, so an adaptor will be required. Hoping all the other parts will not be broken and that the unit will perform as advertised, but not entirely sure it will.

Tub was wobbly and didn't drain unless it was all the way up.Large heavy stainless steel insert for small dogs is hard to get in and out.Sprayer is hard to squeeze.

The tub and faucet worked great the hand sprayer blew the first time of use . The lift portion of the tub is so wobbly it isn't useable . I am a metal fabricator by trade so i modified the base with a piece of box tube at each corner to make it sturdy, and put it on castors, other than that my dog gets clean and the tub cleans up super easy . If i were to buy again i would not get the power lift model .

Easy to assemble sturdy all in all a good buy. But the drain set up is crap won’t stay together leaks all over the floor. Have talked to seller and they won’t send a new one. They told me to go get parts to fix it and they will pay for them. I have no idea what parts are missing or what to get to fix it. Horrible customer service

THE TUB IS HORRIFIC! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT WE ARE A VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND THE TUB WITHIN A MONTH HAS RUST SPOTS AND LEAKS. THEY MUST HAVE USED SOME CHEAP COATING AND VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP TO BUILD THE TUB. I have contacted the company and AMAZON and I have been trying for weeks to get a refund SINCE 2/2 and no one will help. I have sent photos and everything. I have had to buy a new tub from a different company which is great. Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS A SCAM.

Don’t buy this tub… I bought this and it came damaged .. scratched and dents.. decided I really needed it so delt with the outside damage… installed the tub to find out it doesn’t work. It won’t go up and it won’t go down. After weeks of bickering with Amazon and the seller they offered me 100.00 and the parts to fix it. I finally received the part so we took old one out that was burned and replaced it with new one and it worked for two minutes and poof the new one burnt out as well. This Vevor lift tub is a fire hazard and a Waste of money and time
