The Fender brackets, didn't lineup right? I had to drill new ones. According to the pictures in the description, they were differen the holes to the original brackets went under the fender lip.Where you could not drill them in drilling the holes outside that lip line, fix the problem. I

Fit my 2024 Chevy Colorado as described. No drilling required.I opened the hood. Put the hood on the existing rod to hold the hood open. Removed 2 bolts on the driver's side. Installed the strut on the driver's side. Repeated on the passenger side. Stowed the rod. New hood struts heeld the hood open as described.

These are really easy to put on once you figure out the parts and where they go. As other reviewers state the instructions are not great but honestly it would be tuff to put it writing on how to install them. Find a you tube video and it’s WAY easier than reading the instructions. Once on they work like a charm. Great upgrade to my Jeep Wrangler for a small cost for what they do.

This is a nice and needed upgrade for my 2017 Tacoma. Installed, it looks like it could have come from the factory.The instructions were clear and everything needed was included.
