I ordered this for my standard cab 1998 S10 . Order arrived quickly and undamaged . I was pleasantly surprised to see the vendor shipped three LED bulbs so I have one spare . You do have to reuse the original gasket but that's no big deal . The bulbs and lense fit perfectly and are quite bright . Overall very happy with this purchase .

Was exactly what I needed. Was very clear in description what type of truck it fitted. They were exactly correct. Looks good and the 2 led bulbs work great and are good and bright. Very good quality and price.

Simple install and appears to be good quality. Installed it today and the LEDs are red behind the lens. I prefer that because it gives a deeper red glow to the lights. Buyer beware if you’re not into that. Lens was just as good as OEM and it even came with a spare LED bulb.

I bought this to replace my oem high mount brake the original light, I was pleased with the led lights, they are red, and their orientation is perfect! The lense cover is nice as well, it fit great!,just be sure not to overtighten the screws!

5 minutes to install on my 2003 S10. Look great. Hopefully the bulbs will last a long time.

If you live in the big city and spend a lot of time with your foot on the brake in traffic, you'll need to replace this lens. The incandescent bulbs create 2 hot spots which melt and weaken the plastic. The original GM ones are hard to find and expensive, so I figured on settling for the obvious Chinese copy. Looks great and a perfect fit replacement, plus 3 LED bulbs. It is interesting to note that automotive light lenses in the US have to meet DOT specs for beam pattern, visibility, and color and the certified lenses always say "DOT" on them somewhere. This one lacks any "DOT" markings that the original had molded on it. So if a DMV inspector was smart enough to notice, I believe it's not really street legal. US manufacturers have to sell certified products, the Chinese don't. Yep, sounds about right.
