This device straps on to your desk chair arm rest with a set of included Velcro straps. You can also use the included attachment to connect it to your desk if you prefer. I have used mine on the arm rest. It was a little tricky to get it to sit just right but once it is set it stays put just fine. This has made a world of difference for my wrist fatigue and pain. I use it with a vertical mouse and I can work all day without issue. I was having a lot of pain before using it. It has been a game changer for me.

I work an extreme amount of hours on the computer and my elbow is constantly hurting and this has taken some of the pain away.

These have been around a long time. It is surprising that it is not more popular than what it is. So far this one is well constructed and fits nicely. The comfort is even better than the armrest alone and it gives a nice resting space for the mouse or a wireless numpad. At first I was skeptical about the wrist support but it turns out to be a nice feature. Wish I had bought it years ago.

This helped so much with my elbow pain. It is a tad odd but it rotates so I can move it mostly out of the way if I need to.

This does the trick. My elbow has been aching horribly. I sit at my desk 8 to 10 hours a day using my mouse continually. Over the last couple weeks my elbow has been hurting badly. I realized it was because I didn’t have anything to rest my elbow on. I orders this product. It came within 2 days. So simple to install. It has helped almost immediately. It also swivels to move out of the way when I roll my chair under my desk at the end of the day

I purchased two of these and my only comment is to make sure you put the straps in correctly so the ends don't point towards your body. The surface is easy to keep clean and works with any wireless mouse.

It doesn't fit on all arm chairs, but for the most part the velcro is long enought to go around my office chair arm to keep it sturdy. My arm fits comfortably on it and I can use the mouse as well.

I bought the Upgrade Ergonomic Arm Rest Mouse Pad, hoping it would make my work setup more comfortable. After using it for about a week, I ended up returning it. While the product is well-made, it just didn’t suit my specific needs.When I attached the arm rest to my chair, it felt wobbly and wasn’t stable enough for comfortable mouse use. I did try attaching it to my desk, which provided better stability, but that limited me to using just one computer. Since I switch between multiple computers and use 2-3 mice regularly, this setup didn’t quite work for me.Overall, I think this product has potential, but it would be great if the maker could improve the design to make it more compatible with chairs. It might work well for someone with a simpler setup, but for me, it fell short.

Avant d'acheter cet article, j'étais un peu sceptique suite aux commentaires des clients ayant acheté le même produit. Ne vous fiez donc pas à cela. C'est un excellent support d'accoudoir pour souris dont l'efficacité dépend étroitement du type de chaise de bureau que vous possédez (voir photos). Le support est très confortable et se tient très solidement à l'accoudoir grâce au divers velcro fournis. Je RECOMMANDE vivement ce produit pour une chaise dont les accoudoirs sont adaptés.

The idea of this is great. This one will not work on my chair, the straps provided actually suck. So I put it on the desk which is a minimal improvement over just using the desk, the problem there is after a day or two of use it got loose, so tighten up the bolt right? Lol, if only, barely turning it, it stripped the threads (metal bolt + plastic threads = garbage) with I mean no pressure. So, waste of money overall. If the piece the bolt goes through with the threads had been metal it would not have stripped and been much firmer and lasted much much longer.
