This thing is sturdy and durable, and, though I haven't really tested the waterproofness, looks like it could stand up to a moderate rainfall and keep your stuff dry. I will say that the mounting is not exactly universal. I have two scooters, and on one of them, the placement of the cabling and the setup of the bar make it difficult to mount this thing on there. But it went onto the other scooter just fine. Because of the hard sides, the space is a little odd, so it'll hold some small stuff (phone, keys, wallet, some small tools, etc), but you're not exactly going to be putting any groceries or work gear in there.

I have a e-scooter that I used for errands and storage is always a issue so as much as I can fit is a bonus. I have a front handle bar detachable bag and and a back storage rack and now I added this below my handlebar bag. This gives me room to add less common use items such as umbrella, poncho, tools and extra charger. This is easy to attach and looks great.

This is meant to be attached to the front column from the handles. It has large velcro straps to attach to the column and smaller ones to the handle. The problem with this in my case is that my scooter has lights right below the handle and on top of the column, so I could only use the velcro straps that attach to the column, and that works very well.Keep in mind that the bag is not removable unless removing the straps, so it's easy enough to remove but also a bit of a pain to put it back on a daily basis. The bag itself is great for holding a water bottle and other small items with a mesh pocket inside.

I couldn't find a way to mount this to my scooter without it being awkward. Mounting it to the front like in the picture blocks my headlight. I do use an additional headlight because a segway light doesn't Illuminate far enough ahead, but it still bugs me that it obstructs what little light there is for night time rides. When I mount it reverse facing, it messes with the folding of the scooter. So I put it on a regular bike. Mounting it so that it's rear-facing and only using the handlebar straps plus one strap to anchor it to the neck of my handlebars, it's almost perfect. It stays tightly in place and I have extra storage on my bicycle. I also tried it on two other types of bikes: first is an e-bike whose light is near wheel-level. For that setup, a front mount is perfect and is the most ideal setup. lastly is a recumbent bike and that setup's nearly as good as the e-Bike. Front mounting it does seem to get in the way of some of the brake lines, but a rear-facing mount worked well here too.The case is 3L but since it's a hard shell, that space is difficult to use efficiently. it holds a coat and well enough, though if it's a big coat, that's probably all you'll be able to stuff in there. I use it to hold a repair kit along with a selection of inner tubes for my kid's bikes. But I also have room for an electric pump, a couple of headlamps and even a large adjustable wrench. I still have space for a battery pack for my phone. The little keychain carabiner attached to the top is a nice touch also. So yes, this does hold a lot. I do like how it doesn't open all the way so my stuff doesn't spill out whenever I open it. The zippers seem well enough, the teeth are all plastic and the zippers have some coating though I believe rust could be an issue if left to the elements. The sleeve for the zippers leaves almost no gap for water to get in.The shell is a couple of layers from what I can tell. The innermost layer is a LYCRA material firmly lining the interior, the next layer seems to be a harder plastic that's about as thick as the material they use in 3-ring binders. The outmost layer is a soft, shock absorbing material with some carbon-fiber like pattern (it is not carbon fiber) over the case. The shock absorbing material feels like some sort of leather as I can dig my fingernail into it and it returns to shape. The straps are stitched all the way through the shell to the inner lining. Ah, I just read the materials tag, the outer coating is Vinyl. The remaining 20% of material is Elastikon® and polyurethane.I guess to summarize this thing, it's awkward to find a place to mount it. It's too small for the stuff you want to carry and too big for the stuff you need to carry. If you can find the right balance between where to mount it and what to pack, it's really great. The most difficult thing is just figuring out where to mount it.

I got this Jagasol bag for my Navic T5 electric scooter so that I can carry my essentials-- a U-lock, a charger, a stubby hairbrush (to cure helmet hair), a cable lock, and a drink or two. Based on the on the advertised dimensions for the 3L bag, I expected to easily fit all of the aforementioned items. However, the dimension in the listing are for the exterior (not the interior) and some of those dimensions are a bit exaggerated, and because of the way that the bag angles, it doesn’t hold as much as I expected. I can just barely squeeze the aforementioned items into the bag, but only one 12-ounce canned beverage (along with the other stuff). I was expecting a bit more space, but I’ll make do.The bag has 2 nice, adjustable-length Velcro straps at the top that I attached to the right and left sides of my handlebars, and it has 2 adjustable-length Velcro straps that I attached snugly to my steering column. Those straps are sewn into the semi-rigid case. The 4 straps hold the bag very securely and pretty straight. If you wanted to take the bag with you, you could unstrap it and then connect the top-2 straps to each other to make a carrying handle.Once attached, I think the bag looks handsome.I like the way that the double zippered bag folds opens into a V-shape so that nothing falls out (as can be seen in my photos). I like the interior pockets too.The zipper-pulls are rubbery and don’t have holes in them. Consequently, they can’t be padlocked closed. I might drill holes into them so that I can padlock it shut to prevent casual thievery. Of course, somebody could steal the whole bag too by undoing the Velcro straps, but I have a motion-detecting alarm on my scooter, so a thief would draw some unwanted attention if they tried to steal the bag. (I may cut 2 holes into the bag so that I can cinch it down to the steering column with a hose-clamp such that the bag wouldn’t be easy to steal. Fortunately, in my area such thievery isn’t much of a concern, so I’ll probably never bother. This is a good bag but the listed dimensions are a bit exaggerated, and there’s no design for security. So I’m giving it 4-stars.
