Definitely worth the buy if you know what you're looking for. I bought this thinking I would have to replace the whole hose. I ended up realizing after removing the dishwasher that the drain hose itself wasn't the issue, it was the extension hose that connected to the drain hose.

The hose was a little longer than my original hose but installed without any problems. It seems like a quality hose and I expect it will stand up to normal use for an extended period of time. No leaks on either side, and the dishwasher is draining like new.
