This is a very handy adapter that lets you mount standard bike frame mounting accessories anywhere on your bike, not limited by existing mounting hole positions. You just tighten the velcro style straps round the frame wherever you want and you can then screw on the existing accessory.Very good idea, hence highly recommended.

Often not possible to fit in a bottle cage for various reasons, especially with an electric conversion where the original mounting holes have been covered or repurposed. This clever device allows bottle carrying using much less space on the frame and using only one, if any, of the holes. It can be tie-wrapped of course if necessary. Be useful when mounting lots of luggage also.
