This item is built very strong and seems to be very sturdy. It’s great to use if you don’t have a good lift location other than the pinch weld but my only concern is that it’s smaller when sitting in a harbor freight pump jack. It fit in there good , just not snug. Other than that I think it’s a very useful item for your shop or garage!

I would highly recommend one of these for any garage. Your factory jack has a notch for the body seams, but none of the aftermarket jacks seem to come with an adapter. This was a great addition for my floor jack - all ready coming in handy to do a tire rotation on my Toyota SUV. I did a quick check and it will also work well for our Volvo when the time comes. This jack pad is machined well, and the aluminum seems to be thick where it needs to be for support on the vertical surfaces. The magnet is nice to prevent shifting and accidently damaging any of the underbody. This will be a must-use for me in the garage going forward any time I grab the jack. This is an excellent value and would make a great stocking stuffer or gift for a DIY kind of person. I personally chose the orange for high visibility in the garage and to make sure I wouldn't lose it - and so far so good!

This universal jack pad is machined out of aluminum and appears to be very durable. There are no burrs or defects that I can see. The two magnets are strong and is able to keep the jack pad attached to the pinch welds. The bolt that secures the saddle on my floor jack prevents the jack pad from sitting completely flat and level. Not the fault of the jack pad though. One way to resolve would be to add a piece of rubber on the floor jack saddle. The pinch welds on all 3 of our Honda vehicles have are "L" shaped. It fits the pinch welds on the HR-V so precisely that once there is surface rust, I l doubt it will longer fit. It did not fit the CR-V or Pilot. The CR-V has no rust on the pinch welds and the Pilot does have surface rust. If the jack pad is about 3mm wider, it would fit on all 3 of my Honda's. This jack pad while being universal and may fit many makes and model, this will not fit on my Pilot, CR-V.

Pretty interesting addition to my jacking kit. I like that it is magnetized and basically sticks to the pinch point you want to jack at. I stuck it there, it stayed. Then rolled my big floor jack under it and lifted. I’ve been using a soft piece of pine 2x4 which acted as a sacrificial lamb, but even that didn’t seem to spare the pinch weld of the car, so this will do nicely! Lightweight too.
