How to Install Ultrasonic Cat Deterrent

Connect the deterrent rod, rod segment, connector, and ground stake.

Turn the power switch to the "On" position.

The location must allow sufficient sunlight to keep the battery charged. It is best to install the deterrent head at a height of about 9-10 inches off the ground. Make sure the area you want to protect is within the effective range of the deterrent device.

Tips:

Before the first use, place the ultrasonic cat deterrent device in direct sunlight for about 2-3 hours.

Ensure that there are no obstructions covering the PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor.

Humans may hear certain sound waves, so try to keep the device away from areas with frequent human activity.

Do not install the device in children's play areas.

Ensure that the solar panel on top can receive as much sunlight as possible.

It was very easy to assemble and the instructions are quite clear. I don't hear any noise maybe it's only for the pets to hear. After installing this deterer I waited about a week and noticed that there was no pet mess on my lawn.
