This tricep rope is great quality. The carabiner clip is very sturdy, and it fits on the multiuse machine we have at our local gym. The knobs on the end are large, which I like as it kept my hands from slipping off. The rope itself is also a rough material, which makes for better grip with or without gloves on. The rope itself also does not move and readjust itself while in the metal ring part - it stays put. Great quality for the price, and it will see a lot of use. I hope it lasts for a long time.

There are so many exercises this rope pull works for, mainly on cable pull machines. This is a really nice pull. The rope is nicely sized, the ends are solid, the metal band around the rope is the real deal. I would put this in pro type quality. The carabiner worries me a little, seems lightweight to me. No markings of weight testing. But that is minor compared to how good this rope is. Use it for crunches, biceps, triceps, and back. There is not much you cannot do with this. I highly recommend this.

I ordered this to use on an old "Nautilus" type machine that uses stacked plates.This pull handle is SUPER thick and in fact smaller users (with smaller hands) may not like the 1" diamater thickness of the rope.The rope itself is synthetic (nylon or some similar polymer) and the thing weighs over a pound.Included is a carabiner along with a permanently attached ring allowing multiple attachment options depending on need.This handle is built to last and for the price is a great deal.

No issues with packaging or delivery.The rope SEEMS at least to be quality made. I appreciate the fact that they've made the the 2 bells at the end slightly larger for more surface area. Some of the standard ropes you see have some tiny ones that do make them less comfortable.However, this rope is way too short. It works for hammer curls but is absolutely terrible for tricep exercises or face pulls. Very weird decision to the maker's part.

Surprisingly good quality for the price.I've tried a lot of low budget pull down attachments and id say they all have their faults.This one however has some solid connections where they pressed the rope to the handles, most are a bit.. sketchy.My only issue is with the strength of the included clip, although it is very visually appealing, it feels a little weak.

Solid, sturdy and stable! This rope is certainly made tough, and will likely last a really long time with the proper care. Works as intended, and is a very nice addition to my workout routine and home gym.

This is a super solid rope attachment! I didn't use the clip included, but the rope seems high quality, and when your hands are press into the anchors at the bottom its super comfortable. Overall I'm pretty surprised at the quality of this product. I feel like it could be priced higher. Don't sleep on this one if you are in the market for one. Recommended!!
