Can't complain as I didn't return it as I wanted to ride my new trainer instead of buying another. Part seemed to be used or an undamaged return maybe but packaging was open.

Product arrived on time and is exactly what I expected. It fit correctly on my bike and into my trainer (with the supplied replacement tube.)

The item arrived well-packed, in a simple, but a functional package. This axle worked like I was expecting in a Specialized Diverge 2018 with thru-axle, in the Cycleops Magnus smart trainer. It arrived in two pieces: 1 axle for my bike and 1 adapter for the trainer. I needed to use the last one to replace the original part - that one where you need to screw a leaver in order to lock the rear wheel on the trainer. You need to pay attention to put this adapter in the correct side, otherwise, the bike won’t fit the trainer.

Trash quality, and the part did not even fit well. This was more of a permanant attachment, then a removable one.

Performs as promised. I have a Cyclops Magnus trainer and a 2017 Specialized Roubaix with disc brakes. If you have a similar setup, requiring a longer adapter than caliper brakes, you need something like this. You also need the adapter to shorten the width of the trainer as this adapter is too wide for the trainer as it is sold. Cycleops should provide better support for this, actually for the price of the trainer it should be included. The add on cost is high as well in my opinion, it should be about half. For that reason I give 3 instead of 5 stars. Quality is good however.

I successfully got my Cyclops classic trainer to work with my bike, after buying a second through axle with medium threads to fit my derailleur hanger. There are two variables here - the width of your bike frame at the rear axle, and the thread pitch of the axle itself. The Cyclops kit has a replacement bolt action tube that is shorter than the stock tube that comes with the Cyclops classic trainer. When you replace it, your trainer can handle a wider frame. Swapping the tube was easy - unscrew the handle, slide out the old one, slide in the new one, screw the handle back in.The Cyclops kit also has an axle with fine threads (M12x1.00) at one end and coarse threads (M12x1.75) at the other. Check your bike specs - my bike uses an axle with medium threads (M12x1.50). In order to get my bike to work with the modified trainer, I had to buy a different trainer axle. Cyclops doesn't have one, so I bought the Kinetic Traxle in a medium thread. It worked as advertised.Bottom line is that I was able to use my trainer through the winter, so mission accomplished.

2015 Domane 6 disk. Works as hoped and expected. Nothing said it would and many complaints about the pitch of the thread but for me and my needs it works. I have one of the original cyclops 2 trainers so the replacement bar didn't work, it was to narrow. Quite a bit to pay for a axle but if you need it that's what they charge.
