Kinks up and is useless as a dog leash. Continually have to unbind it. Definitely not milspec.

I purchased this parcord rope to secure some gear during diving. I have used it as a safety cord for my tanks and it has not let me down. These tanks are roughly 50 pounds when full and this rope has been rock solid at supporting them when walking to the water and back out. I would highly recommend this for any needs of securing gear. I have also started to use this to connect my flashlights to my harness.
