uno de los ventiladores llego dañado (fuera de su soporte) por lo cual solo los led encendian, dejando de lado eso se puede percibir que el flujo de aire no es gran cosa.apenas lo entregaron y ya tengo que ir a paqueteria para devolverlo =/

The unit has six fans and two do not work at any speed setting. The unit arrived with two of larger fans broken where the screws attach the fan to the main housing. This is probably due to the fact that fan assembly with the small tabs for the screws is simply too thin and easily broken. The package was shipped in bag with no packing material and could possibly have been damaged during shipping but a better overall design and packaging would be an improvement.I decided to use hot melt glue to attach the fans in place.I would not buy this again or recommend.

On my laptop, I dont play a lot of games, or a lot of high graphic games. However I do play roblox, and that heats up my laptop quite a bit. This laptop cooler is very weak, and it is only suited for applications and games that are not extremely taxing on your computer. The fan settings do not go up very high. While it certainly does cool my laptop, it doesnt do much in the face of a lot of heat. I do not recommend this for gamers.Also, the usb cord to plug it in is extremely short. Its always falling out. Super annoying.

Updated Review (05/05/23):Spoke with the company, and they are shipping me a new one that should arrive next week. No hassle or problems at all. I'll update when it arrives :)(05/03/23) This just arrived, and was broken when I opened it. I'm not sure how it's supposed to be attached, but one of the large fans moves about an inch in all directions when you even slightly tilt the stand. If it was placed flat, It would work fine, but if you're using it on your lap in bed or a chair, the fan falls into the other fan and then they fight for dominance and nobody wins.I have contacted the company for a replacement as per amazon's instructions - I will update this review if/when they assist.Hopefully they will send me a new one without issue and I can tell everyone how great it is, and not come back to report an issue with customer service.

My son's laptop fan malfunctioned while at college, he said this cooling pad worked very well for him, quiet and efficient. He was impressed with it .

It makes my bduegt laptop completely cool, quiet, and adds a few USBs that I needed. On top of that, it is a beautiful stand when I plug it into my monitor the RBG matches my keyboard, monitor, and mouse. If you don't like it you can turn it off. You can also change the fan speeds or turn that off too if you don't need it. I use it all day unless I'm on the go. Even if I'm going into my kitchen for a bit, I bring it. It's super light. I never leaves reviews but good job

It really elevates your gaming set up aesthetics wise. It's made from plastic, but doesn't feel fragile. The fans don't make much noise tbh. When it comes to cooling, it doesn't make much of a difference on the temperature of my gaming laptop, it still overheats when I play.

It’s working as brand new however fans are a bit more noisy compared to other brands like HavitLED is nice however it has some dark shadows in several area in the continuity of the LED (seems not diffusing lights without shadows breakups).
