I work at home quite a lot (on average 3 days a week) and as such I have a pretty big Home Office. My work rig is a MacBook Pro with two external monitors, illuminated by a very nIce & modern Desk Lamp. Until recently my HOME PC just had a 24" monitor with a cheap little desk lamp that belonged to my son over it. Recently, I got my wife a new TV for the bedroom, so I inherited her 27" LG. I thought that it would be a great addition to the office. I could use it as a second monitor AND a Spare TV as needed. Only trouble was the desk lamp wasn't tall enough. And it didn't cast enough light for both monitors. So I picked this up on sale over Black Friday weekend. It DID get lost along the way but unexpectedly showed up on my doorstep yesterday. I LOVE it !!!! Unlike my two OTHER desk lamps, this one can change Brightness and Color Temp. and it's USB powered. PERFECT ! It fits onto my monitor without a problem and adds just the right amount of illumination. And it cost me less than the other 2 lamps I am using. I am seriously considering getting another one of these to replace one of the other 2, it's THAT good !

Fit perfect on my monitor (back of it is flat). The light amount is just perfect and won't hurt the eyes. I do prefer the bluish light but all are good. I use it with partial low light and under complete darkness. Just the correct amount of light for the monitor and keyboard, awesome product.

At this price point it's a perfectly adequate light bar. A long press on the power button gives you dimming and brightness, plus there's a separate button for the three standard temperature settings, as well as a timer button, which I haven't tried, and really don't need. I bought this particular model because it was the only bar I could find that might fit into the narrow space under my hutch, which it does. No noticeable screen glare, a resonably long USB C to USB A cable for connection, and the touch buttons are sensitive enough so that you don't have to press hard to change settings. I have an old Samsung Sync Master SA350 monitor that is not only curved slightly on the back, but the frame has a slick glossy finish, thus I had to get creative to keep the spring loaded clip from popping off of the monitor. A small strip of 3M or Scotch Removable Mounting Putty on the back solved the problem. Center the putty, flatten it out, shape it, apply the clip in place and the light bar is firmly affixed. While it doesn't have the advanced features of some of the others, at $15.99 this light bar serves my needs as well as the more expensive bar on my other monitor.

Just set it up yesterday but so far I really like it a lot. Illuminates my desk area well and doesn't glare on the screen . One thing that could or could not be a problem depending on how you adjust the monitor height in reference to eye level is it could slightly interfere with menus at top of the screen but only slightly. I adjusted the monitor height slightly and it was fine. Overall thought it clears desk space and works way better than i was expecting. Thoroughly pleased so far with this product.

Works great. My only suggestion would be a even darker option. The 2 settings are bright and brighter. If its night out and you're using only this it does still light up a good bit of the room. Maybe like a night light option? My case is pretty specific though as I share a studio with friends so having a lower brightness would be appreciated by them more then anything

I wanted to like this desktop light for many reasons, but it just wasn't good enough. What I liked about this particular light is that the fastening mechanism to put onto your monitor doesn't have that bulky counterweight clip on the back like most of the other lights. I wanted that in particular because my desktop monitor is not flat on the center back and thus other desktop lights cannot be held onto my monitor in the center. It is quite bothersome for me to look at, but does not affect anything functionally. Unfortunately this light also lacks the ability to adjust the brightness. I thought adjusting the brightness of a light is a normal feature to have, but this one can only adjust the temperature/color of the light. On the positive side, I personally think the light level is bright enough to do work on your desk, but the lack of range and adjustment is disappointing. The clip that hangs on the front of the monitor is also larger than my desktop bezel, so it affects what I see on my screen. Not a lot, but it is noticeable. My other desktop light bar doesn't have this issue. The touch buttons are a great feature and easy to use. It also reduces the clutter from having the controls on a long cord that I have to hide out of sight, but its looks doesn't save its lack of functionality for my use. The bar is also placed right against the screen that the light reflects onto the monitor and causes a glare. That's what you don't want in a desktop light. This light is getting returned because it doesn't meet my needs.
