I bought this for my daughter for Christmas present. She loved it and was listening to her favorite music always on the go. But after just two months, it’s broken and not turning on. My daughter is frown. I’m so disappointed because its returning window is closed. I contacted customer service but haven’t heard back anything. It got nothing but junk.

We bought this because our son doesn't have a cell. phone yet and you can't buy ipods anymore. it took a while to figure out how to get it setup. It does work now like an iPod so mission accomplished.

Good for my son who can listen to music only - no videos, no games. It has bluetooth and wifi and comes with both Spotify and Spotify kids. This comes with a bunch of other apps like chrome but you can delete them. There isn't a 'playstore' or anything to download any new apps once you delete them, you have to reset to get them back. So it is nice because my son can only listen to music on this.You can add a parent lock and a lock by timer if you choose. You do have to have an account to login to Spotify kids. Or you can download your own music on it as it has a music player by plugging into a computer. You can upload photos and videos if you want but it has no camera, just a gallery for photo uploads - We changed the background photo .Hope this helped. I looked around for a long time for something like this for my son. :)

Just completely stopped working. After charging TIMMKOO screen will come on, but that's it. We barely used it.

Device stopped working after only 2 weeks use. It stopped reading SD card and will not unlock with PIN that I am 100% sure is correct because I've used it daily for 2 weeks and have it written down. Customer support contact info for Timmkoo is impossible to find online and the number listed through Amazon goes to a disconnected Verizon line. 100% scammy product and company. Buyer beware.
