I like the tote except for one thing. The plastic is so thin that it collapses when emptying. I have to lift the hose up while emptying in order to keep the tank from collapsing too much. The vent in the top doesn't allow enough air into the tank when emptying, so the tank gets sucked in.Other than that, I like the design.

We did not realized that the container did NOT come with front wheels OR a handle to pull the tote to the dumping station. The parts for it were VERY costly, so we worked out a solution at home with parts of a kids' old wagon toy.

Ordered this for my elderly grandfather who was looking forward to the handle and front wheels but picture deff not correct for this product, not sure what to do with it now but deff not happy with the one he received. Please read reviews of products cross reference item numbers or whatever you have to do to make sure this doesn't happen again!!!!!!!

the Smarttote in the picture is the Thetford 40515 SmartTote Xl 4 Wheel 27 Gallon Tank with Handle, which is what I wanted but is not what I'm getting. Getting the two wheel model because of the picture mess up. The one rating is because of the web site. will not be able to use the 2 wheel because of my age, 27 gal getting to heavey to move.
