I really like The Cold Pod! It was super easy to set up, and it doesn’t take up much space, making it perfect for my setup. Draining is simple, and the included cover helps keep the water clean when not in use.I’ve been using it in the winter, and the water naturally stays in the 30s-40s, which is perfect for cold plunging. In the summer, I might look into getting a water chiller to maintain lower temps.Overall, it’s a great cold plunge—durable, easy to maintain, and perfect for recovery. Highly recommend it!

(Sorry about the title, I couldn't resist!) I used to visit a spa with a cold plunge pool, and loved how it made me feel, so I’ve always wanted one for myself. Setting this up was a breeze—it even comes with a hand pump, a large storage bag, and a cover for when it’s not in use. Since it’s still chilly here, I even had ice form on top! ❄️ I’ve got mine set up on my deck, so I can step right out of my bedroom and take a plunge—instant refresh!A few quirks to note:🔹 Top inflatable ring didn’t fully form a circle—purely an aesthetic issue, but it looks a little wonky (in fairness, this could totally be user error 🤷♀️).🔹 Size works great for me, but some folks will feel cramped.🔹 Plastic smell at first—faded quickly since I have it outdoors, but something to be aware of.Overall, it does the job and gives me the cold plunge experience I wanted, but YMMV.

Out of the box, this tub was a bit smaller than expected. Although I was not expecting to lie down in it, I didn't think I'd have to sit in a fetal ball in order to fit. I'm not a large woman by diameter and 5'8" and though it should not have been an issue, it was to get in. The water spilled out and it was only filled 2/3 of the way. Since I bought ice to try it, most of that was at the surface and ended up coming out. The pictures make it look larger than it is for sure. It's not tiny but not what I thought it was in size. It had a VERY strong plastic smell too which I found off-putting. The quality for what it was was okay but this is not something you would use daily which I had hoped to do. The cover has helped with evaporation as well as being able to keep the same water in for a few tries so that's a perk. The drain plug makes it easy to change the water but being that it's been frigid out and I have it on my patio, the little that comes out takes a lot longer and in turn makes the whole process difficult this time of year. I think there might be better options out there for the price. This does the job just not exactly as well as I had hoped.

Great ice bath. Small footprint. Good quality. Easy to install and build. Lovely to use daily and holds cold for an entire day. Good recovery and price is nice !

If I could give this product zero stars I would. The Cold Pod ice bath plunge was a significant disappointment from the moment I received it. The box was held together with black electrical tape, had remnants of return labels, and immediately gave the impression that this was not a new item, despite being sold as such. Upon opening, the bath itself was visibly dirty, and I am nearly certain it had been used and returned by someone else before being sent to me.The condition of the product was appalling. It was beat up, far from the quality I anticipated, and I was thoroughly grossed out by its state. Before I could even consider using it, I had to spend considerable time sanitizing the interior to feel remotely comfortable. This was one of the worst items I’ve ever receive. I strongly advise others to reconsider expectations when it comes to this product.

The cold plunge ice tub is durable, easy to set up and put away when not in use. I wanted to see if it was able to withstand warmer temperatures as well. As in what would be recommended for a hot tub and it was definitely up to the task for certain I could not have gotten a better deal for the price!

I appreciate the increased height of this portable insulated tub as it makes neck-deep submersion quite simple and requires less water than other similar tubs I have tried, which had wide footprints. The assembly and setup was very straightforward, hardly requiring instructions. The included air pump only took a few seconds to fully inflate the upper rim, though the leak-stop valve took a little figuring out (there are two sections). I wish I had set it up outside and given it a few days to air out before trying to use it for the first time as the scent of vinyl plasticizers was quite strong, but after washing and drying over night with good ventilation the odor is nearly 100% gone.
