Doing HVAC, I am constantly needing a ladder to get in attics. This ladder has changed the game! It's so easy to carry and I'm not banging into walls and doors. It's sturdy and versatile. I have gotten so many customers asking me where to buy one once they see how easy it is to use and move around.

I bought this for my son‘s 38th birthday and he opened it up went up and down the ladder a couple of times and it would slip so we decided it is not safe and we are going to return it

Rated for 300lbs I’m not nearly that heavy. While testing it I climbed up and climbing down the first step came unhinged causing me to fall. Thank God was the first step and not the top or middle or they would get a letter from a lawyer. See picture. Returning this trash

Dangerous. First step fails on two brand new different ladder. The locks do not work correctly. Very dangerous.NOT RECOMMENDED Waste of money.
