Although I do wish the surface size is bigger, it is sufficient for my xlarge bowls when measuring grams for my sourdough recipe. The unit stays put also. I had one that was easily changed at the slightest touch.

I would add an option to weigh by grams. This only allows pounds/ounces. It looks great and is great for weighing food on plate. It has a tare function which is easy to use. If weighing in grams isn't important for you then this will be a 5 star item for you.
